These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to inquiries made with The Royals by Royal India, the official brand operating The Royals Café in Bangkok.

This website is provided to share information about our café, menu, mithai gifting, wedding tastings, and Indian wedding and event catering in Bangkok. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Menu, Prices, and Availability

Menu items, prices, packaging, ingredients, and availability may change without notice. We try to keep the website accurate, but the café team can confirm current availability for specialty coffee, masala chai, matcha, mithai, namkeen, gifting boxes, and catering items.

Gifting Orders

Mithai gifting orders depend on product availability, production capacity, packaging stock, and pickup or delivery timing. For wedding return gifts, corporate gifting, baby showers, Diwali, and larger quantities, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can confirm lead time and presentation details.

Wedding Tastings and Catering

Catering and wedding tasting requests are inquiries until confirmed by our team. Guest count, menu, service format, location, timing, staffing, equipment, and venue rules can affect the final quotation. Deposits, cancellation terms, and rescheduling terms may be confirmed separately for each event.

The Royals Café is the showroom where customers can taste and plan. Event service is quoted separately for each Indian wedding, private celebration, corporate event, chai and coffee bar, mithai table, or snack counter.

Allergies and Dietary Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, seeds, and other allergens. Please tell our team about allergies before ordering. We will do our best to guide you, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Intellectual Property

The Royals by Royal India name, The Royals Café identity, photographs, copy, packaging designs, menu language, and website content belong to us or our licensors. They may not be reproduced, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Royals by Royal India is not liable for indirect losses, website interruptions, third-party service issues, or changes in availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
